Horse Riding Trails Through the African Forest

There is nothing like horse riding through the African bush, feeling the sun’s warmth on your back and being surrounded by nature. Horse Riding Victoria Falls allows you to interact with the wildlife of Africa whilst being able to stay in one place.

Ride through the unspoilt indigenous forest or meet local villages as you ride through. Watch Kudu leap high in the air, Marabou Stork flying overhead, and Dung beetles enjoying the evidence of elephants! A horse ride to remember!

Our Wild Bhiza stables are nestled in Fuller Forest – 4000 acres of the pristine forest estate, surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna. So why not experience the wonders of Victoria Falls horse trail rides at the Fuller Forest area, dominated by tree vegetation? See where people and animals of this beautiful country have had an intimate relationship with the trails in their lives, often without giving it a thought.

Qualified guides lead all horse rides and are accompanied by a backup rider. All our guides are dedicated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Keen interest is taken in the environment, flora, and fauna of the area.

Here at Wild Bhiza, we are passionate about natural horsemanship, and our horses can be ridden bit-less in head collars. They are very responsive and calm. However, we cannot take responsibility for the unexpected.

Where are we based
We are based about 16 km out of Vic Falls in the Fuller Forest area, which provides excellent sandy trails for outrides. We have free access to many acres of forest, or village rides can be longer or shorter depending on what people want to do. We are in a wildlife area, and there can be dangerous game around, so riding out can be safe but cannot be guaranteed. However, there is exciting birdlife, kudu, impala, and other antelope.
